life update!

Hi Reader,

Happy Friday!

First, on a more personal note, I wanted to share that my little family and I are moving to San Diego this weekend. After being in Seattle for over 7 years, I've been feeling the itch to live closer to the ocean so I can be in my *literal* element everyday and surf (more sun/warm weather will be nice too though ;) ).

I'm so grateful to be able to do this, and also for the fact that nothing will change about Sea + Spruce- we'll continue to take clients in Washington and California as usual(among several other states). Also, Andrea Assouad, my amazing Certified Nutrition Specialist/Integrative Nutritionist, will still be in Washington and taking clients as usual.

So basically, nothing will change outside of me physically being in San Diego and being able to creating more balance/joy in my life by being able to surf everyday :).

I've always felt better when I'm in the water and sun on a regular basis, so I know this will translate to me being even more on my game in supporting you and the rest of our clients at Sea + Spruce.

Thanks for reading & I hope you have a great weekend!

In health,

Christina

PS-If we haven't talked in awhile, I'd love to see how you're doing- you can book a FREE 15-min check-in with me here.

Hi Reader, Happy Friday! I wanted to share a story with you about something I discovered a couple years ago. In 2022 I ran my first in depth genomic profile on myself(outside of a 23&me), and I'm so grateful I did. I was feeling a lot better a that time in general, but I had been dealing with chronic shoulder dislocations & hyper-mobility that resulted in needing a surgery because it basically was happening once a month. I was also still dealing with higher thyroid antibodies(hashimoto's) and...

Hi Reader, I hope you are well! If you've been getting my emails recently, you've been hearing a lot about genomics/genetics from me! As I've been applying genomics more in depth over the past year+ it's really felt like the missing piece for so many of my clients. If you're curious about personalizing your plan even more and understanding how to make your genes work better with your food, supplement and lifestyle habits, I'm glad you opened this email! :) Like I mentioned in a previous...
